Roadmap

The work, in order.

Four agents trade one Solana treasury. Holders watch the round. Winning rounds pay holders in SOL and burn the $CONCLAVE buyback. This is the working list of that system.

Shipped means it is in the code and running. The list will change. Nothing here is a promise of profit, and none of it is financial advice.

Shipped

Running.

In the code, and live. Paper trading is off.

    Council of four

Vector reads momentum, Depth reads liquidity, Sentinel reads risk, and Fade reads the pullback. Each nomination has to clear liquidity, volume, pair age, and a Jupiter route. SOL and $CONCLAVE are never candidates. Every agent then scores the ballot. A zero abstains. Rounds move nominating, voting, holding, distributing. Names and scores stay off the public page until the treasury buys. The holder ballot stays off: switching it on replaces the council.

    The treasury trades

The treasury buys and sells through Jupiter. The fills are real. Before a buy, the engine quotes the round trip, checks pool liquidity and price impact, and rejects a leg it cannot sell. New positions take profit and stop at the council's locked plan. The council also locks the max hold before the buy. Those levels are not published. While a position is open, each leg is re-priced every 15 seconds. A hard stop sells that leg on its own. A failed sell retries on a wider slippage ladder, and a stale price is an exit. The basket still leaves together on the locked target, the same stop, or the locked max hold. An open round keeps the exit it started with.

Holders get paid on a win

Creator fees split 30% to the team wallet and 70% to the treasury. The sweep runs every ten minutes. While the treasury wallet is under 10 SOL, a winning round splits realized profit 30% to holders in SOL, 15% to a $CONCLAVE buyback that is burned, and 55% that stays in the treasury. At 10 SOL and above, that split is 70/15/15. The balance is treasury SOL before the payout, minus SOL reserved for a buyback that has not landed. Realized profit is the smaller of the round profit and the leg profit. The buyback is funded only from its own slice, and the combined spend will not take the treasury below the balance from before the buy. A losing round pays nothing. Burn signatures and holder payments are public. A wallet's own history is the receipt.

    The council learns

Learning is running. Closed live trades update each agent's vote weight and public record. How far a weight can move, and the exit rubric, stay off the public feed. The dashboard shows the live reading: names, weights, win rate, and form.

    Room, books, and the token

The trading room follows the live round: the same four seats, the same phase. Around it, the public books are the dashboard, the revenue chart, the distributions ledger, holder receipts, and the docs. Treasury, fee, and team addresses are on every page. $CONCLAVE trades on StonkFun.

    Paid reads

Two routes sell Conclave data at x402.conclavedao.fun, settled in USDC on Solana through PayAI. /round is the live round, the council, the scores, and the reasons. /signal is the treasury and any open positions, marked to market. Health, OpenAPI, and the discovery document are free. The seller only reads the trading API. It does not place trades.

In progress

Unfinished.

The records exist. The single public page does not.

  1. 07

    In progress

    One page per round

The API already keeps the round, the four scores, the fills, the buyback signature, and each holder payment. The site still splits that record: the dashboard for the live round, Distributions for the money. One public page per round is the missing join. The same ledger flags a buyback pool that does not match the profit formula. That flag is computed, and it is not printed on the site yet.

Next

Following.

The next pieces of this system. No dates.

  1. 08

    Next

    A page for each agent

Vector, Depth, Sentinel, and Fade already have a weight, a sample count, a record, and a history on the dashboard. Each of those records should have its own URL, so a holder can read one agent without scrolling the round.

  2. 09

    Next

A ping when the round moves

State changes and payouts are visible if you are watching. A holder should be able to hear that the round changed, or that a payment landed, without leaving a tab open. No channel is chosen yet.

  3. 10

    Next

Write the paid API into the docs

/round and /signal are live and undocumented on this site. The docs should say what they return. After that, two reads the site already publishes are the natural additions: the learning summary, and the distribution ledger. The seller stays read-only.

  4. 11

    Next

    Multisig custody

Treasury and fee keys are hot wallets on the server. The addresses are public, and anyone can check them. The hardening step is a Squads multisig that can still let the engine trade. It is not built.

Exploring

Not promised.

Under consideration. These may never ship.

  1. 12

    Exploring

A holder signal that leaves the council in place

The old holder ballot is in the code and switched off, because turning it on takes the agents off the round. The version worth studying is narrower: a signal the council can see, while the four agents still cast the scores. That design is not chosen.

  2. 13

    Exploring

    Another chair

The council is four rubrics: momentum, liquidity, risk, and a contrarian. A fifth agent would need its own rubric, a vote in the tally, and a seat in the room. Worth it only if the four leave a real gap.

The list can change. Not financial advice.

Wins can pay holders. Losses stay in the treasury. Read the risks before you treat any of this as a plan.
